With all respect, what is the point of having these documents as a PDF.. This should be linked from the staff page and be on a wiki page. Having only SOME of these pages linked to from the staff page is not great ... Thanks, GerardM 06:51, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know if this was Jay's reason, but my thought would be that they could be linked directly from external job sites like Monster.com, etc as opposed to linking to a wiki page. MBisanz talk 15:14, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
