* Drive the optimization of the Wikimedia Foundation's donor database, including increasing user-friendliness and automation of tasks;
* Manage the database from a user perspective;
* Craft and maintain an array of internal materials including prospect research files, etc.;
* Help craft and maintain an array of support materials aimed at donors and potential donors;
* Create tax receipts and automated thanks;
* Support the optimization of the Wikimedia Foundation's online donation pages in order to increase donations;
* Support the development of other donation streams, such as corporate matching programs, donations-by-Facebook, donations-by-SMS, etc.

* Some fundraising experience, ideally with a large high-profile international organization
