It is hereby resolved that:

  • The Board appoints Florence Devouard to serve as Chair from October 21, 2007 to October 21, 2008, provided that her Board term is extended through appointment or election beyond July 2008.

Approved with 4 support votes at October 7, 2007 Board meeting; Florence Devouard and Erik Möller abstain, Michael Davis not present.
