This resolution approving the 2007 Board elections was approved by vote (7 supports) on 12 July 2007.

Whereby

The election officials have submitted to the Board the final election report from the June/July 2007 election for three new board members.

Resolved that:

The board approves the overall election results and thanks the election committee for their hard work.
The board welcomes all three new members to the board in accordance with the bylaws of the Wikimedia Foundation.
