This resolution to fill the two chapter-selected seats on the Board of Trustees was approved unanimously.

Whereas the Wikimedia Chapters have selected Arne Klempert and Phoebe Ayers to fill the Chapter-selected seats on the Board of Trustees for the coming term,

It is resolved that Arne Klempert is reappointed to the Board, and Phoebe Ayers is appointed to the Board, for two-year terms beginning July 15, 2010.
