Resolution:Board appointments July 2012

RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation hereby approve and authorize the Wikimedia Chapters’ selections of Patricio Lorente and Alice Wiegand to fill the Chapter-selected seats on the Board of Trustees for the coming term.

RESOLVED, that Patricio Lorente and Alice Wiegand are hereby appointed to the Board, for a term of two-years beginning July 11, 2012, until September 1, 2014 or the conclusion of the first in-person Board meeting after the completion of the next selection process to fill these positions, whichever comes first.

This written Resolution will be effective as of July 11, 2012.
