| This vote unanimously approved making resolution votes transparent. |
Resolved, that votes on WMF Board of Trustees resolutions will be transparent on a per trustee basis. Each trustee's vote of either approve, disapprove, abstain or recuse will be made public when a resolution's voting outcome is made public.
