| This resolution acknowledging the resignation of Brad Patrick as General Counsel to the Board of Trustees was approved by vote (7 supports) on 9 March 2007. |
Whereas Brad Patrick has submitted his resignation as General Counsel to the Board of Trustees,
It is hereby resolved that:
1) The Board accepts Brad Patrick's resignation and thanks him for his services to the Wikimedia Foundation.
2) Per the terms of the agreement of hiring, Brad Patrick will cease to be an employee of the Wikimedia Foundation on April 1, 2007.
