Resolved that: the Board hereby approves that the Executive Director, the Deputy Director and the Chief Financial and Operating Officer are authorized traders and signers on brokerage accounts for the Wikimedia Foundation.

Approved 7-0. In favor: Jan-Bart, Jimmy, Ting, Kat, Michael, Domas, Stu.
