Whereas the Chapters Committee recommends the approval of the Wikimedia CH chapter and the Foundation's legal advisors have reviewed the Wikimedia CH bylaws,
It is hereby resolved that:
The Wikimedia Foundation approves the creation of Wikimedia CH with the following bylaws:
