Whereas the Foundation considers it needs an employee to be responsible for the overall administration, personnel and fiscal management.

Resolved that:

  • The board agrees to hire a Chief Operating Officer with the following job description
  • Carolyn Doran is hired full time as COO from january 22nd 2007
  • The salary paid to Carolyn Doran will be (see BoardWiki).
  • The position will be re-evaluated upon hiring an Executive Director
