Whereas the Foundation considers it needs a Chapters Coordinator to develop chapters and chapter related activities, as well as foster relationships between chapters and Foundation,

It is herewith resolved that:

  • The board agrees to hire a Chapters Coordinator with the following job description;
  • Delphine Menard is hired part time (50%) as Chapters Coordinator from February 1st 2007;
  • Delphine Menard, living in Germany, will start as a contractor for a period of 6 months, during which the Foundation will resolve whether to hire her as personnel or continue the working relationship with her as contractor;
  • The terms as agreed upon in the job proposal apply, including the salary (see BoardWiki) (to which VAT will be added in a monthly bill) and the expenses budget of 10,000 US DOLLARS per year.
