| This resolution updating the donor privacy policy was approved on 18 July 2011. |
Resolved, that the Board of Trustees approves the updated donor privacy policy, as presented by the Foundation's General Counsel. This more expansive and comprehensive policy clarifies some points and addresses potential future needs. The Board maintains the highest level of respect for the privacy of its donors and wishes to ensure that its policies accurately reflect the practices of the organization.
