Resolved that:
The financial statements of the Wikimedia Foundation audited by Gregory, Sharer, and Stuart, P.A., for the fiscal year ended June 30th, 2007 and are hereby approved.

Note: The draft financial statements were received by email to the board list. After approval of the draft, the auditors will send the non-draft version, which will be uploaded on the Wikimedia Foundation web site.
