Whereas the Wikimedia Foundation Board has, in consultation with the chapters and the community, debated and revised the mission and vision statement of the Foundation

It is hereby resolved that:

  1. The new Mission Statement of the Foundation shall reflect the text at http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mission/Unstable&oldid=521244
  2. The new Vision Statement of the Foundation shall reflect the text at http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Vision/Unstable&oldid=470952

Passed with 4 support votes and 3 abstentions on 11 April 2007.
