Resolved that,

  1. The Board affirms Jimmy Wales as the President of the Wikimedia Foundation
  2. The Board authorizes the President to make decisions regarding fund raising, spending, and partnerships
  3. The Board directs the President to follow budgets set down from time to time by the board, and in the event that a budget is not passed for a given period of time, to spend wisely and roughly in line with traditional practice
  4. The Board directs the President to consult regularly with the other Board members, both individually and severally, to ensure harmonious and efficient functioning of the organization in line with our bylaws and mission.
