Resolution:Royal Bank of Canada bank account opening

Whereas the Foundation desires to increase its international banking options for transacting business, conducting operations, and receiving donations, and for any other lawful purpose,

It is hereby resolved that:

The executive director is authorized and directed to open such accounts for the Foundation with the Royal Bank of Canada, its subsidiaries, partners and affiliates, and to authorize such persons as necessary to access and transfer funds in the United States and throughout the world.
