The Board accepts the [[Minutes/July_8,_2010#Board_Governance_Committee_Report_and_Recommendations|Board Governance Committee's recommendation]] to extend the term of Board-appointed Trustees from one to two years, and directs the Governance Committee to develop a detailed set of recommendations around both balancing the term of appointed and community members and instituting a board member evaluation and replacement process as a successor to the prior [[m:Nominating committee|Nomination Committee]] process. The Board asks the Governance Committee to present these detailed recommendations by the end of the year.

The Board accepts the Board Governance Committee's recommendation to extend the term of Board-appointed Trustees from one to two years, and directs the Governance Committee to develop a detailed set of recommendations around both balancing the term of appointed and community members and instituting a board member evaluation and replacement process as a successor to the prior Nomination Committee process. The Board asks the Governance Committee to present these detailed recommendations by the end of the year.
