Whereas the Wikimedia Foundation desires to protect whistleblowers from retaliation under certain circumstances and to update its current policy,
It is hereby resolved that:
The Wikimedia Foundation adopts the new version of the whistleblower policy for employees as described in [1]
Passed with 5 support votes, Jimmy Wales and Michael Davis missing, September 4, 2007.
