Daniel Phelps is the Office Manager at the Wikimedia Foundation where he oversees human resources, staff travel, and office facilities/operations. Daniel comes to the Foundation from Double Fine Productions, and established and edited (the no longer available) Oddities Compiled Online, a bi-monthly art and literature e-zine.
