Ok, the budget page is outdated now. We're in 2006 ;)
Information is available on meta, and I know you are working on the Internal wiki (of which I'm no longer a member since I've left Wikimédia France's board in 2006). I certainly can write a nice page, with some help: I need someone to check the figures, at least. Do you think Danniel would have the time/would be willing to work with me on this?
