Rand has over 13 years experience working in the non-profit sector and is an experienced development professional. He comes to us from the [[w:American Red Cross|American Red Cross]] (Bay Area Chapter) where he served as the Development Services Manager. In that role, he directed a $3MM per year fundraising program. Prior to that, Rand was with the [[w:Alta_Bates|Alta Bates Summit Foundation]] as the Information Systems Coordinator.
