Champion an environment where we recognize the ideas and contributions of the Wikimedia communities, the staff of WMF, and our users as valuable resources.
Build a discipline of following through on our commitments and accomplishing our goals.
Deliver the best value possible for every donor dollar we spend in pursuit of our mission.
Ensuring that we do all of this with transparency, openness, and integrity.
