Direct deposit change

I noticed that you removed the translation for "direct_deposit_instructions" on Template:Fundraising. I restored it because removing it left the area blank. If you'd like to truly remove that block of text, we need to delete it off Template:Direct Deposit, not just out of the translations on Template:Fundraising.
