| This resolution reappointing three Trustees to new two-year terms was approved unanimously on 3 August 2011. |
In accordance with the results of the 2011 elections for the Wikimedia Board, it is resolved that Samuel Klein, Ting Chen, and Kat Walsh are appointed to new two-year terms, until September 1, 2013 or the first Board meeting after the conclusion of the next election to fill those positions, whichever comes first.
