| Five votes reappointing the Appointed Trustees and the Community Founder Trustee were concluded on 26 December 2010. |
Whereas Board-appointed Trustees serve for terms of up to two years, and staggering of new Trustee appointments is desired,
It is resolved, that Stu West and Jan-Bart de Vreede are reappointed to the Board of Trustees for one year, until December 31, 2011, and that Bishakha Datta and Matt Halprin are reappointed for two years, until December 31, 2012.
It is further resolved, that Jimmy Wales is reappointed to the Board for one year, until December 31, 2011.
