| This vote approved the Fall 2012 recommendations of the FDC. It was passed unanimously online on December 1, 2012. |
We thank the Funds Dissemination Committee ("FDC") for the extensive time, travel and thoughtfulness it committed to helping our movement take the important next step of community-led distribution of funds. Following a review, consideration and discussion of its work, we hereby accept its recommendations. We hereby request the Executive Director in her reasonable discretion to carry forward with the next steps in the process, and begin appropriate execution of the recommendations.
