维基媒体基金会已公布，2009年的国际维基媒体年会(Wikimanía 2009)将在阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯举行。

法人详情

维基媒体理事会是维基媒体基金会的最终权力机构，有权决定基金会的一切活动。基金会的组织章程可参见维基媒体基金会组织章程。由理事会订立的其他的方针可参见方针。

基金会管理预算，主要用于计算机设备的维护和托管。其他的开销包括维持维基媒体项目持续运作必要的人力资源，尽管绝大多数人都是志愿者。本站提供了完整的理事会会议记录清单。
