Made by Kpalion on August 13, 2006, based on the specifications in and attachments no. 1 and no. 3 to the Coat-of-arms, Colors and Anthem of the Republic of Poland, and State Seals Act (Dz.U.05.235.2000)

The Coat of Arms etc. Act specifies the x,y,Y coordinates of the national colors in the CIE 1976 color space as follows:
