The Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation wishes to appoint Eileen Hershnov as Board Secretary.
Resolved, effective May 8, 2017, the Board unanimously agrees to appoint Eileen Hershnov as Board Secretary, a non-trustee officer with the powers and authorities granted in the Bylaws and resolutions, thereby replacing the previous Secretary.
