The Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation wishes to appoint Terence E. Gilbey as interim Board Treasurer.
Resolved, as of September 14, 2015, the Board unanimously agrees to appoint Terence E. Gilbey as Board Treasurer, a non-trustee officer with the powers and authorities granted in the Bylaws and resolutions, thereby replacing the previous Treasurer.
This was passed at our board meeting on September 14, 2015.
