Resolved, that the Board of Trustees ("Board") approves and authorize the election of Samuel Klein, Phoebe Ayers, and María Sefidari to fill the Community-selected seats on the Board for the coming term.
Resolved, that Samuel Klein, Phoebe Ayers, and María Sefidari are appointed to the Board, for a term of two years beginning on August 7, 2013, and continuing until September 1, 2015 or until approval and authorization of the selection process in 2015 to fill these positions, whichever comes first.
This Resolution will be effective as of August 8, 2013.
