The Chairperson or Secretary of the Board of Trustees is each individually authorized via this delegation to certify to the due adoption of banking resolutions and incumbency certificates, and to sign any other resolutions and execute agreements as required to establish, maintain, and close bank accounts or other financial services related accounts, including, but not limited to, brokerage, money market, and other asset management accounts, acquiring or payment processing accounts, and other similar accounts of the Wikimedia Foundation (WMF), as is necessary and prudent for the purpose of managing the funds and assets of the WMF.
