Whereas the Wikimedia Foundation is in need of additional hardware to meet growing traffic demands to its websites and ensure continuing reliability thereof:
- It is hereby resolved that: The Board authorizes the purchase of hardware as described at [1] effective immediately.
Passed with 6 support votes and 1 abstention (Jimmy absent) at the Board meeting in Florida, March 18, 2007.
