Resolved, that the Board of Trustees ("Board") approves and authorizes the selection of James Heilman to fill one of the seats selected by the Summer 2015 Board Elections for the coming term.
Resolved, that James Heilman is appointed to the Board, for a term of two years beginning on July 15, 2015, and continuing until September 1, 2017 or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.
This Resolution will be effective as of July 16, 2015.
