Resolution:MobilED partnership

Resolved that:

  1. The Wikimedia Foundation will form a partnership with the MobilED project.
  2. As an Associated Partner Wikimedia Foundation will participate in the planning and decisions making in the Steering Group.
  3. Wikimedia will pay for travel to the meetings of the Steering Group for whoever is appointed contact for this.
