The Wikimedia Foundation currently has less than ten full-time employees. Everyone else involved with the projects is a volunteer, including members of the Board of Trustees. The Executive Director of the Foundation is Brad Patrick, who was appointed on an interim basis in June 2006 and also serves as legal counsel ([1]). The Foundation is currently conducting a search for a permanent Executive Director.
