I can't help but read "New Terms of use" and think of the new iPad. --MZMcBride (talk) 05:13, 16 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

... let's hope they're not replaced, obsolete and unloved in a year then eh? ;) The Helpful One 16:29, 16 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
... If so, we'll just update the software and slap a front-facing camera on it.... Philippe (WMF) (talk) 05:34, 17 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I'd like to offer you a chance to buy wiki-care. We will modify the New ToS for up to two years in the event of changes in the law or trolls. Trolls, most people forget about trolls Pgehres (WMF) (talk) 05:38, 17 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
More seriously, how about calling them "April 2012 Terms of Use", "Terms of use (April 2012 revision)" or another specific name? guillom (talk) 15:28, 17 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I have no objection, provided a redirect is left here (since banners point here, etc)  :) Philippe (WMF) (talk) 00:34, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Also, what's with the odd capitalization of the page title? I haven't been around much so this may have been discussed elsewhere. Forgive me if so. Killiondude (talk) 05:59, 30 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Not speaking for anyone else but I'd imagine it's because it's THE Terms of use (rather then 'a' terms of use) and therefore capitalized (and while you can change the display title you can't actually change the title from starting with a capital in mediawiki).
