In the [https://m.wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Terms_of_Use mobile view] of this page on smartphones, the sections "13. Disputes and Jurisdiction", "14. Disclaimers", and "15. Limitation on Liability" are missing in the list of collapsed sections, because of the highlight div surrounding them. (They appear fine in the TOC.) This appears to be caused by [[phab:T60541]].
