Dan Foy is the Technical Manager for mobile partnerships, focusing on the Wikipedia Zero initiative. He joined Wikimedia in March of 2012.

Dan has worked previously in many engineering roles, and later worked as a technical liaison with external development partners at Electronic Arts and Panasonic.
