Currently serving as Chief Culture and Talent Officer at the Wikimedia Foundation, Gayle has a rich background in organizational consulting to diverse corporate and nonprofit clients. My work

In the role of Chief Talent and Culture Officer for the Wikimedia Foundation, my job is to support the building of a healthy organization that can support our mission and vision. I'm accountable for recruiting and hiring, onboarding new employees, contractor relationships, leadership development, organization development, compensation and benefits, and other human resource services.
