About me
I am a native of Cape Cod, where I currently live.
My work
As the Director of the Team Practices Group at the Wikimedia Foundation, my job is to facilitate, empower, and improve group, team, and organizational collaboration in service of fulfilling our mission. I do this through putting participatory values into practice, designing around the belief that groups and individuals have the power to lead from their own wisdom, and championing learning and continuous improvement.
I am humbled and inspired by the Wikimedia movement every day, and strive for excellence on its behalf.
