About me

I'm a process enthusiast, having arrived at Agile via a long and winding road, sometimes literally.

I've lived in London, Denmark, Istanbul, New York, Massachusetts, and now I live in the East Bay in Oakland. Prior to that, I traveled for nearly all of my childhood. Having had the great privilege of learning from not one but many mentors, any one of which would have been enough to sate even the most voracious Jedi-in-training, I was exposed to Kaizen while working at DoSomething.org in New York. I haven't stopped trying to improve since. There is no cause I believe in more than transparency of information, and I'm awestruck to be a part of the Wikimedia Foundation.

My work

I work with the Team Practices Group, which supports WMF team health. I believe whole-heartedly in WMF’s mission to create a more transparent, open-source information network, so I try to help create a space that asks good questions and challenges assumptions. My favorite thing in the world is a tight feedback loop. :)
