In my current role as Community Organizer, I facilitate projects that support and grow our editing community in all 280+ languages. At the moment, I'm working with [[User:Steven (WMF)|Steven Walling]] on [[:meta:Template A/B testing|testing user warnings and other templates]] to improve their effectiveness, as well as organizing a series of [[:meta:Community convenings|global convenings]] to bring community members together for focused discussions on various topics. |

About me
I joined the Wikimedia Foundation in 2010 as a research fellow to study the history of the Russian Wikipedia. I co-managed the 2011 Wikimedia Summer of Research and became a staff member in fall of 2011. In May 2012 I joined the Editor engagement experiments (E3) team.
When I'm not working for Wikimedia, I'm editing Wikipedia as a volunteer. When I'm not doing that, you'll probably find me riding around Berkeley on my motorcycle.
