Hello! I'm Steven Walling, a Community Organizer at the Wikimedia Foundation. This means I do research and organizing projects that support the growth and continued health of the volunteer communities that are essential to our projects and fulfilling our mission. I initially joined the Foundation in 2010 as part of the Fellowship program. I have also edited the English Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects for many years as a volunteer.
