Hello! I'm Steven Walling, a staff member in the Wikimedia Foundation Community Department. I'm a part of the new Wikimedia Foundation Community Fellows program. This means I do research and organizing projects that support the growth and continued health of the volunteer communities that are essential to our projects and fulfilling our mission.
