So operations requests typically shouldn't be requested via individual operations members, or via talk pages. Please file all mailing list requests on our Phabricator installation. The full details on how to receive operations assistance is listed on https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Operations_requests#Mailing_lists. THIS is a link to create a task directly, with the proper wikimedia-mailing-lists project. If you create the request there, someone in ops (perhaps me, perhaps others) will perform the requested reset. Having all our requests go via phabricator ensures all proper procedures are followed.
