Resolved, that the Board appoints Dariusz Jemielniak to serve as the Board Governance Committee's Chair, pursuant to the committee's charter.
Resolved, that the Board appoints Patricio Lorente to serve as the Human Resources Committee's Chair, pursuant to the committee's charter.
This Resolution will be effective as of September 14, 2015.
