I manage the Technical Program Management function within the Product department. My team creates the space and structure for software feature teams to deliver customer value. My values include accountability and sustainability, and I regard building trust and continuous improvement as the foundation of my approach to work. I am a process and collaboration aficionado who seeks to inspire customers to feel confident about their own approach to work.
I have extensive experience in software Program Management and Technical Project Management via both Agile and more traditional frameworks and across a variety of domains. My interests include decision making, interpersonal communications, evolutionary psychology, the Toyota Production System, Lean, and the Cynefin framework.
