| This resolution approving the Travel Approval Policy was approved by vote (6 supports, 1 not present) on 6 October 2007. |
Whereas the Board seeks to ensure that all travel on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation is appropriate and authorized, it is hereby resolved that:
- The Board approves the Travel Approvals Policy.
